These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zestvita.com and the services we provide, including salik recharge online and mobile top-ups (the "Services"). By initiating a salik recharge with Zestvita, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To use our salik recharge online services you must (a) be at least 18, (b) have legal capacity under UAE law, (c) hold a valid payment method issued by a recognised bank, and (d) provide an accurate salik tag number when you recharge salik.
2. Account & Guest Use
You may use Zestvita as a guest for one-off salik recharge transactions, or register an account to access auto recharge salik, family wallets, and reporting. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all salik recharge online activity initiated through your account.
3. Description of Services
Zestvita facilitates the top-up of UAE salik tags and prepaid mobile lines on Etisalat, du, and Virgin Mobile UAE. We act as an intermediary between you, your card issuer, and the relevant clearing partner. We do not operate the Salik toll system itself — we provide the salik recharge online interface and payment routing.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in AED and inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable.
- The minimum salik recharge amount is AED 50.
- A small service fee may apply and is always disclosed before you confirm any salik recharge online charge.
- Payments are processed by licensed UAE payment service providers. The terms of your card issuer also apply to every recharge salik transaction.
5. Confirmation of Salik Recharge
A salik recharge online is considered complete when you receive an electronic receipt with a unique reference. If your salik balance is not reflected within 60 minutes of receiving the receipt, contact us so we can investigate the recharge salik request promptly.
6. Refunds
Successful salik recharge transactions are non-refundable, since the value transfers to your tag immediately. We will refund:
- duplicate salik recharge online charges due to a technical error;
- recharge salik attempts where funds were captured but the tag was never credited;
- charges confirmed as fraudulent after our investigation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 UAE business days of approval.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the salik recharge online platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering;
- attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or anti-fraud measures while you recharge salik;
- resell or rebrand Zestvita without a written commercial agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, code, and content on zestvita.com belong to Zestvita or its licensors. The "Salik" name and gantry imagery belong to their respective owners; we use them only to describe the salik recharge service we facilitate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Zestvita is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays in salik clearing systems, mobile network outages, or third-party payment failures during a salik recharge online request. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount of the disputed recharge salik transaction.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our salik recharge online platform if we suspect fraud, security risk, or breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any dispute related to a salik recharge or recharge salik transaction shall be submitted to the courts of Abu Dhabi.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use the salik recharge online platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
